We accept your order when we begin the custom engraving process or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or errors in pricing.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on our site are in British Pounds (GBP). Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway. While we strive for accuracy, if an error in pricing is discovered, we will notify you immediately to confirm the correct price or cancel the order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United Kingdom using trusted couriers. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. For international shipping, additional duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs authority, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
For non-personalised items, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed once the product has been inspected.
7. Personalised and Custom Items
Important: We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products that have been personalised or custom laser-engraved. This is because these items are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold. Please double-check all text and design details before confirming your order. We will only offer a replacement or refund if the custom item arrives damaged or there is a demonstrable fault in the manufacturing process.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, engraved designs, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Create & Gift. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
9. Liability
Create & Gift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product that gave rise to the liability.
